Through one of their references, the Client got in touch with TestingGenez and hired our team for doing all types of Testing. Initially, we understood their requirement and the challenge and defined a Software / QA Strategy accordingly. We started with:

We analyzed their existing QA Process and found that there was no Test Plan available with them, their Software Development and Testing Processes lacked efficiency. Hence, we defined Test Plan document, Testing Strategy, Testing Scope and methodologies along with a list of important tools which they had to procure.
2. Creating a Sanity Testing Checklist
A Sanity Test Case checklist was drafted to cover all the critical Functions of the business which were then executed before each release. This enabled us to get access to a complete test report which then resulted in the client launching new features with confidence.
